Mushroom processing line
The processing of dried mushrooms presented below can be divided into two parts. Depending on what final product the customer wants, we offer to cut the mushrooms, sort them by fraction size, and then mix the desired fraction sizes on a mixer. This part consists of:
- feed hopper,
- KR-350/ KR-700 rotary slicer,
- separator feeder,
- separator (the specific model depends on the customer’s needs),
- feeder to the mixer,
- mixer.
A second option also recommended for processing mushrooms is to grind them, resulting in a fine powder. The mushroom grinding line consists of:
- A charging platform for the ripper (optional charging feeder),
- rippers,
- mill feeder,
- pneumatic transport,
- separator (the model depends on the needs of the customer),
- feeder from the separator for re-milling.
