A windrower is a power-driven device used to clean threshed grain, separating it from chaff and other impurities. It is widely used in cleaning herbs and spices separating the stem from the leaves wet before drying.

The windrower is used to separate fresh and chopped herbs into two fractions, e.g. parsley and stem. It is used in production lines to process raw material before drying. The windrower is equipped with a louvre screen made of parallel plates with an adjustable slope.
