Separator – a machine designed to screen bulk products by size.
Depending on the expected performance, sieves with different working areas (M-0.84, M-1.2, M-2, M3.2, M-4.5.) are used.
The oscillating motion of the machine, combined with a system of interchangeable screens, makes it possible to achieve the desired fraction and yield on different types of raw material.
The machine set includes 3 sieves, thanks to which we divide the raw material into 4 fractions with the help of convenient bagging machines.
For finer fractions, it is recommended to use double sand screens, where the cleaning process of the screen itself is carried out by means of rubber balls mounted inside, or for larger fractions perforated sheet metal screens. Goods with the smallest fraction (e.g., less than 0.315) go into the dust bag. The second and third are the so-called. The actual commodity (e.g. 0.315mm to 2.0mm) The top fraction (the so-called oversize) goes to the 4th bag or, in the automatic system, after removing the bagging machine by means of a feeder is directed to the Rotary Slicer for re-cutting and again directed to the separator.
