Warranty terms and conditions

GUARANTEE

The manufacturer provides a 36-month warranty after commissioning by a SCORPION® service installer.

The manufacturer undertakes to replace or repair at a point designated by it, any parts that exhibit defects in material or workmanship. The manufacturer is not responsible for the natural wear and tear of working parts.

Warranty claims are extinguished if:

The machine or line has not been operated as intended in the manner recommended by the manufacturer in the operating instructions.
Some changes have been made to the machine arbitrarily.

The warranty is further voided in the following cases:

• The device was overloaded,
• The machine was damaged or destroyed in an accident,
• repairs or attempted repairs without prior written authorization,
• The device has been damaged by foreign objects such as steel, etc.

The user of the machine is responsible for regular operation and maintenance of the machine as indicated in the instructions. Neglecting regular maintenance or replacing normally worn parts like belts, lubricating oils, etc. can void warranties.

The condition for maintaining the 36-month warranty is that the Contractor of the machine performs paid maintenance inspections every 8 months.

This warranty is the only warranty of the Manufacturer, which is not responsible for any other obligations of third parties. The manufacturer is not responsible for damage resulting from breach of warranty obligations.
